Our Story

I purchased my first Snowshoe condo in Mountain Lodge back in 2004, when I was just a young Army Captain. After four years of annual losses resulting from another company’s mismanagement, I reached my breaking point and made the risky decision to self-manage.
The learning curve was steep, but I put in the time to develop processes that empowered me to give Guests an unmatched level of personalized, professional service that larger management companies simply cannot mimic.

Over the years, I’ve never abandoned the level of genuine human availability that endeared me to my first Guests; many of whom faithfully return every year. But it wasn’t only Guests who noticed. My fellow condo owners also took note, and asked if I could apply my success to managing their properties.
These early Clients were delighted with the results of my hard work, so they spread the word, fueling the growth of EDH Rentals from that first condo to my present-day business managing dozens of condos for my Clients on the Resort.
Even today, I continue to develop new connections on the mountain, streamline my processes, and fine-tune my unique approach to helping Guests build memories to last a lifetime. I believe every business in the service industry should strive to deliver an extraordinary Guest experience, and that is my promise to you.

We fulfill this commitment through our many hours of volunteer work, both as leaders in Mountain Lodge and Silver Creek, and as dedicated members of the Snowshoe Mountain Host program.
