Tim and Mari do a fantastic job of filling the rental calendar for our two-bedroom Mountain Lodge Condo. They take a VERY active approach to marketing, and work diligently with multiple Facebook pages, as well as Airbnb and VRBO to create a guest-friendly experience. They do NOT let the units they manage run on "autopilot," but rather - if the requested unit is unavailable - they work to find availability across all the units they manage to accommodate the guest. This will be our 7th season working with EDH, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a management company. Top-notch service to both owners and guests!

Our Story

EDH Rentals began with a single Snowshoe condo and a simple goal: to provide the kind of Guest experience we would want for our own family.

After purchasing our first condo in Mountain Lodge in 2004, we quickly learned that exceptional property management comes down to communication, attention to detail, and genuinely caring about both Guests and Owners.

As EDH Rentals has grown, our philosophy has remained the same: treat every property as our own, every Guest as a valued customer, and every vacation as an opportunity to create lasting memories.

Whether you’re planning a Snowshoe getaway or looking for a trusted property manager, we’re committed to delivering service that exceeds expectations.

Our Involvement

We are personally committed to bringing about positive and measurable changes at Snowshoe Resort. 

We fulfill this commitment through our many hours of volunteer work, both as leaders in Mountain Lodge and Silver Creek, and as dedicated members of the Snowshoe Mountain Host program.
