THE UNIT:
Welcome home to Silver Creek unit 2211, your home away from home and an inviting place to spend your next Snowshoe Mountain vacation getaway!
This charming studio is on the second floor, sleeps four people, and is in Silver Creek Lodge, home of the legendary night skiing, 3 of the best terrain parks, and the Coca-Cola Tube Park. When you stay in Silver Creek, you’ll enjoy shorter lift lines, later mid-week rope drops, and a complimentary shuttle to and from the main mountain!
Silver Creek 2211 features a kitchen that is fully stocked with all the basics you'll need to prepare, cook, and serve a delicious meal. Within the cozy space, you’ll find plateware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, range, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and toaster.
Or, if you’re tired of preparing your own meals, consider a short stroll to the various dining options right in the building: 1) the Locker Room, where you can eat, drink, watch sports, play games, and enjoy live music during certain nights and 2) the Bear’s Den, featuring lunch and dinner options that include wood-fired oven pizzas, burgers, and more. Please note the Bear’s Den is only open during the ski season and the Locker Room has limited open hours during the summer season.
The studio has a queen bed with 12" memory foam mattress and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping capacity. The bathroom, with its updated vanity, is conveniently located in the hall.
Your housekeeping package includes clean linens (flat sheets and pillowcases) plus an additional setup for the sleeper sofa, bathroom linens (towel and washcloths for each person the condo has the capacity to sleep), a bathmat, a dish towel, toilet paper, trash bags, bar soap, liquid dishwashing soap (for hand-washing dishes), and powdered dishwasher detergent (for the dishwashing machine). Neither paper towels nor coffee filters will be provided!!

THE RESORT:
At 4,848 feet, Snowshoe Mountain has the best skiing south of Vermont and east of Colorado, and is the perfect all-season destination in West Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains. You’re sure to find an activity to keep all your family members happy.
● Winter – With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and 5 terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, try out other activities such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, Polaris RZR tours, snowmobile tours, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and the Snowshoe spa, to name a few.
● Summer – Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails at your disposal. Other activities include hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, clay shooting, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, relaxing by Shavers Lake, etc.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
● Please be courteous and considerate of the other guests and abide by the quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
● Party away on the mountain or at a local restaurant. But, please, no parties in the condo.
● If you need additional accommodations, please ask me about my other condos in the Snowshoe Mountain Resort.
PETS: While we absolutely adore our furry friends and wish you could bring them with you, unfortunately, the building is not pet-friendly, so we have to insist you find alternative accommodations for your pets.. However, if you have a certified Service Animal, let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you.
EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee anything earlier than a 5:00 PM check-in. Mountain Lodge may be able to accommodate your request for an earlier check-in as long as the previous Renter has departed by 11:00 AM and the housekeeping team is not short-staffed. On extremely busy days or holiday weekends, we appreciate your patience if our staff is running behind in cleaning and resetting the condos.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if this or any of our other properties is available.
PARKING: Your reservation includes a parking pass so you can park for free at the Silver Creek Lodge.

Cancellation Policy
EDH strongly recommends Guests secure traveler’s insurance from a third-party provider to mitigate the risk of losing some or all of the payment resulting from an unanticipated need to cancel or alter the reservation. Some travel credit cards offer coverage of this sort. Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel or alter the dates of their reservation at least 30 days before check-in. Guests who cancel or alter at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of 50% for all nights. Guests who cancel or alter fewer than 14 days before check-in will not receive a refund.
Deposit Policy
EDH does not charge a security deposit in advance of occupancy. However, EDH will charge Guests after the fact for maintenance and repairs resulting from any damage caused to – and for replacement of any items that disappear from – the Property during their occupancy. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Landlord during the enforcement of this agreement.

Tim's place was great. Everything was as described. Clean and quiet. If you're there in the summer it's a quick drive u to the village or a 1 mile bike ride each way to the Basin side. It was a last minute decision to book a place for 1night to stay at snowshoe. So our choice was very limited. Overall place is good just outdated. We cooked some breakfast and fan wasn’t working so since it’s a studio it was pretty bad if you cook something. At night we had to turn the small heater couple times to keep the place warm enough to sleep. Otherwise no other issues with this place if you come to spent the most of the time on the slopes. Thanks

This was a great place for us to stay. The unit was clean and the host provides everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Food options are everywhere on the mountain, including a sports bar and a sort of Bodega with breakfast sandwiches in the building, but the kitchen has everything you'll need if you want to cook.
The location of this unit is also ideal. Located at Silver Creek, it does require a short 10 minute bus ride to the main Snowshoe Mountain lifts and village. When Snowshoe closes in the afternoon, you catch a bus back for night skiing and just walk up to your room at the end of the night. It was perfect for us.

This stay was a bargain! Location and access made all of the difference, with the location being right beside the Silver Creek ski slopes and a free shuttle ride away from all of Snowshoe.
The room itself was quite small, but perfect for the two of us as we spent most of our time around the village. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable, but overall worth the price.
Card access for the pool/hot tub/sauna was given, parking was no hassle at all, communication was great, and the resort had everything we needed from a public washer to luggage carts and elevators.
Overall a wonderful stay, will consider next big trip to Snowshoe!
