For your entertainment, the large 67” Smart TV is in the living room and the Murphy bed, below the TV, folds out to accommodate two people.
Nothing says cozy and comfy like sitting next to a fireplace (electric).
The comfortable and roomy kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make delicious meals!
The kitchen cart hold pots, pans, and an Instant Pot.
The Keurig single serve and carafe coffee station is a great way to begin your mornings!
The digital air fry oven also serves as a toaster oven all in one!
Instant Pots are a great way to cut down on your cooking time.
Ninja Professional blender.
There is a kitchen pantry to store all of your food products.
A stackable washer/dryer is conveniently located in the kitchen.
The half bathroom has an updated vanity and is just off the kitchen.
A bench with built-in storage is conveniently located next to the door that leads to the shared back yard.
The upstairs leads to the master bedroom and full bathroom.
For your comfort and relaxation, the bedroom has a King bed.

The walk-in closet in the bedoom has plenty of space for your clothes and luggage.
The full bathroom is conveniently located just off the bedroom.
When you enter the property, you'll enjoy walking into the mudroom where you can shed your shoes, jackets, and equipment before walking into the living space.
The property has an electric vehicle charger available to Guests for $25 for reservations of up to three nights, and $10 per night beyond night three for longer reservations.
The easy walking path from the property to the Village takes approximately 11 minutes.

The property is nestled in the Shamrock community, a family-friendly complex close to the Western Territory, the Powder Monkey lift, and the Powderidge lift.
For your outdoor enjoyment, guests have access to the community amenities such as the basketball court, tennis court, covered picnic area, playground, pickleball, shuffleboard, shared gas fire pit, and a green space.
The Snowshoe Bike Park offers one of the largest trail systems in the East.
Great hiking trails await you in Snowshoe.
Enjoy Split Rock Pools in The Village with sauna and hot tubs. Located next door to Mountain Lodge in Allegheny Springs and costs $15 per person/per day.
The small town of Cass is located 20 minutes away and where you can catch a train on the Cass Scenic Railroad.
Green Bank Observatory located in the National Radio Quiet Zone in the town of Green Bank.

You’re sure to be delighted with all the tastefully decorated details this property offers!

This wonderful townhome stands out from the rest with its EV (electric vehicle) charging station. While you stay in the property, charge your vehicle in a fast and hassle-free way so your vehicle can recharge while you relax! (Small fee applies for use of this amenity.)

Nestled in the Shamrock community (a lovely complex that is family-friendly), the property is close to the Western Territory, and the Powder Monkey and Powderidge ski lifts!

Every detail of this property has been thoughtfully planned for your comfort and stay in mind. From the large 67” smart TV in the living room, to the electric fireplace so you can enjoy a cup of hot chocolate or a hot toddy by the flickering flames on a cold evening, to the video game console in the living room where you can unwind before or after your day’s adventures.

For your relaxation, comfort, and a peaceful night of sleep, retreat to the sanctuary of your upstairs bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, and roomy walk-in closet. For additional sleeping capacity, the living room has a Murphy bed that accommodates two additional people.

Additionally, you’ll love the mudroom that you’ll walk into when you first enter the property where you can shed your shoes, jackets, and equipment before walking into the living space.

THE RESORT:
At 4,848 feet, Snowshoe Mountain has the best skiing south of Vermont and east of Colorado, and is the perfect all-season destination in West Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains. You’re sure to find an activity to keep all your family members happy.

Winter – With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and 5 terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, try out other activities such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, Polaris RZR tours, snowmobile tours, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and the Snowshoe spa, to name a few.

Summer – Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails at your disposal. Other activities include hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, clay shooting, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, relaxing by Shavers Lake, etc.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Shamrock 21A is a ski-out property since there’s a skiable access point leading from the building complex down to Powderidge run. Once you come back up on the Powderidge lift, you walk back to the Shamrock complex which is about 500 feet.

Please be courteous and considerate of the other guests and abide by the quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

Party away on the mountain or at a local restaurant. But, please, no parties in the property.

Bikes are allowed on the property but only in the mudroom.

No smoking or vaping allowed in the unit.

PETS: If you are traveling with your four-legged best friend, please be sure to include that when you are booking (proof of vaccinations required). There is a $100 non-refundable dog fee (per dog). Dogs are the only pets permitted. There is a two-dog minimum. Please be sure to house your dog in a crate when not in the property.

EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee anything earlier than a 5:00 PM check-in.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if this or any of our other properties is available.

PARKING: Free parking is available in front of the property and is limited to automobiles, station wagons, SUVs, and pick-up trucks. Parking for larger trucks, recreational vehicles, or trailers is prohibited. Vehicle space is limited to one vehicle at this one-bedroom unit.

Cancellation Policy

EDH strongly recommends Guests secure traveler’s insurance from a third-party provider to mitigate the risk of losing some or all of the payment resulting from an unanticipated need to cancel or alter the reservation. Some travel credit cards offer coverage of this sort. Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel or alter the dates of their reservation at least 30 days before check-in. Guests who cancel or alter at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of 50% for all nights. Guests who cancel or alter fewer than 14 days before check-in will not receive a refund.

Deposit Policy

EDH does not charge a security deposit in advance of occupancy. However, EDH will charge Guests after the fact for maintenance and repairs resulting from any damage caused to – and for replacement of any items that disappear from – the Property during their occupancy. The Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Landlord during the enforcement of this agreement.

Offer. A little dusty is some areas like the ceiling fans but other than that we have no complaints. Would deff stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was maybe a 150 yard walk to the ski out path which was easy even in ski boots. Getting back you could either hop off at the nearest lift and hike a bit or just hop on the free shuttle. Just tell the driver you are going to Shamrock and they will let you out right at the gate to the complex. It was a blast and I'll be back.
One thing to be aware of is that there is zero cell service at the unit and even in the area nearby. Make sure to get the Wifi password before arriving. I didn't save the door code so I had to drive to the main Snowshoe lodge to use their free wifi to text the hosts to get the code to be able to enter the unit.

Wonderful ski trip with the kids. The
place was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and for those with families who do a lot of cooking - it was perfect and had everything we needed and more.
Very comfortable mattress upstairs, great comfortable couch to watch a movie downstairs after a long day of skiing. Of course kids loved the gaming console.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The condo was perfect for our group of 4. The mud room was a huge bonus to store ski equipment inside. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook a meal. We loved the location. It was quiet and was only a short walk to the village.
