My second stay. Enough said.

We absolutely loved our stay at your home. It was clean and spacious, definitely enough room for 4 kids and 4 adults. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could need. And we loved the labeling of everything so there was no guessing where anything was. We appreciated the service to change the batteries in the doorlock before it would’ve become a problem. You guys are on top of things! Only suggestion would be to maybe change the shower heads or adjust the water pressure as it was a little low. Other than that it was amazing and we will be looking to stay there again next year! Book this home and you won’t be disappointed!

Everything was as advertised. Nice remodel and upgrade to the layout. There was enough snow to ski out down to the Flume Shack with a little effort.

Great place to go skiing from and the EDH did a great job keeping everything easy and clean for our stay.

Great place to stay

The condo was very nice; updated kitchen and bathrooms were so nice. It was decorated perfectly and well stocked! EDH was so helpful and always quick to answer any questions before and during our stay. We were very happy with our stay there and would be interested in renting again.

We had a fantastic stay at this AirBnB, it was one of the best experiences with both the place and the hosts. The pre-check in instructions were helpful and the hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. The place was pristine - clean, beautifully decorated, organized, and well stocked. We loved how cozy and comfortable the place was for 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids especially loved the bunk bed room! The location is totally walkable to the Village, Wildcat grocery, etc but there is also a shuttle stop right in front of the complex. We loved the place so much that we ended up cooking dinner and staying in two of the three nights we were there. I would highly recommend this AirBnB for anyone going to Snowshoe and commend the wonderful hosts who made the whole stay easy!

I travel extensively—literally all over the world—and I’ve stayed in dozens of Airbnbs. This place is, without question, one of the nicest, most thoughtfully designed, and best-appointed properties I’ve ever experienced.

From the moment I walked in, it felt like entering a true home, not a rental. Every detail has been considered. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with high-quality cookware, plentiful spices, and all the essentials you actually want when cooking—making meals genuinely stress-free and enjoyable rather than an afterthought.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the seating and common areas were equally inviting. High-quality furnishings, tasteful décor, and a cohesive design made the space feel warm and cozy for our group of five, without ever feeling crowded.

This level of accommodation is especially rare in Snowshoe, where properties that sleep larger groups often show significant wear and tear and compromise on comfort.

It was very clean. I am satisfied I would recommend to Freind and family. Thank you.

Leatherbark 107A was beautiful, cozy, comfortable, and well-located. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were modern and elegant. Would definitely stay again! Guests should plan to bring their own cooking oil, facial tissue, shampoo and laundry detergent just in case there isn’t any on-site. Right across the road is the village convenience store, but it’s more like a small 7-11 than a mini-grocery. Restaurants in the village can be hit or miss with long wait times during peak season, so the well-appointed full kitchen was a nice-to-have.

This is a very well thought out place. You have ample space to dry out your ski boots, 2 and half baths and a great kitchen and bedrooms. The deck is huge but with snowy weather we could not use it.

Cozy property with everything you need from washer dryer to kitchen stuff. Very close to snowshoe and great place to stay while skiing.

We had an incredible stay, perfect spot for a ski trip with my family, walkable to the village and the lifts, highly recommend!

Very conveniently located with easy access to a shuttle stop. But also walkable to restaurants and activities. Most importantly, the only convenient store at the resort was just right across the street from the entrance to Leatherbark!

Great place to go for an excellent ski trip. Condo was as advertised. Well decorated and clean. The condo is a short walk to the shuttle stop, so easy to get around the village. Thanks for a great stay.

This rental was wonderful!! It was clean, new, well decorated, and spacious. What stood out the most was how well equipped it was! The kitchen, especially, had everything you could possibly need for a large family and was extremely well organized. Tim and Mari communicated well and were very pleasant when I spoke to them on the phone. This was one of the nicest AirBnB rentals we have ever stayed at. Overall, an excellent experience at Snowshoe!!!

Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated condo! We had a great time and would love to go back again. With snow on the ground, you can ski:hike out and connect to a trail. There isn’t really a way to ski back - you’d need to hike back a bit uphill. The bus may work better to get back.

Nice place with everything you will need and more. Very organized, very clean, the unit is great. The shared entry/stairwell for the building is not the best but the unit was perfect for our stay, no complaints.

Tim and Mari’s place was amazing! The space was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into the little details, like comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect—close to everything but still nice and quiet. Tim and Mari were awesome hosts, super friendly, and quick to respond if we had any questions. We loved our stay and would definitely book with them again!

The place and the interiors was great. There was pet hair on the furniture which was actually unexpected cause it was a new place. Overall it was a decent experience.

Absolutely beautiful, there simply are not words to describe how absolutely PERFECT this place is!
